"Raindrops"  is a vibrant ground mural, co-created with the support of local volunteers, celebrating the rich diversity of the Flatbush-Nostrand community through playful color and dynamic design while connecting to the annual Umbrella Sky installation above.

The mural transforms Hillel Plaza into a lively, welcoming space—inviting residents, students, and shoppers to gather, socialize, play, and unwind.

Through a multiday community paint process, we created opportunities for joyful interaction and meaningful community connection—bringing neighbors together through shared creativity in public space.
