This Traveling Art Project celebrates LOVE and the power, resilience, and joy within underrepresented communities across New York City. Through collaborative art making, storytelling, and shared experiences, we create moments of connection that uplift voices, strengthen neighborhoods, and honor the beauty of our collective identity.

Now in Year 2, this growing tradition continues to expand across the five boroughs. Each year, we visit five locations and co-create 500 wooden hearts with new friends of all ages and abilities. Every heart carries a story. Some become part of a growing collective installation. Others are gifted as tokens of care, friendship, and connection.

From family portraits to celebrations of self-love and cultural pride, each creation reflects the richness of the communities we gather with. What begins as a simple wooden heart becomes a living archive of joy, memory, and belonging.
